Movie plot:-
this movie is about Nishimiya shoko  who has problem of hearing and talking. when she was transferred to other school in her 6th standard she meets ishida shouya who created a lot of problems for Nishimiya and bullied her till she got hurt.after that incident ishida feels regret for what he did with nishimiya. once again nishimiya transferred to another school and ishida never got a chance to say sorry for his mistakes.after that the scene shifts to high school life. somehow ishida was able to find nishimiya's current school address and he tries to meet her.ishida talk to nishimiya in sign language and asks nishimiya to be friend with him and nishimiya accepts his friendship. ishida was a kind of depressed student because he was alone and he was not confident in making friends. he mostly spend his time with nishimiya after school. as days passed nishimiya was feeling very comfortable with ishida. after some months nishimiya decides to express her feelings to ishida and she tries to talk with confidence but due to her not clear voice ishida was not able to understand what she was telling and he ignored her for that moment.one day of meeting with school friends everyone blames ishida for his bad behaviour with nishimiya in school due to this ishida feels very depressed and stopped talking with everyone except nishimiya. now ishida was giving all his time to nishimiya.on new year festival nishimiya tries to suicide but ishida saves her. as he pulls nishimiya up he accidentally falls down from that building. after this incident ishida was admitted to the hospital for many days, when ishida wokeup he tries to find nishimiya and run out of hospital to meet nishimiya, he meets nishimiya on the bridge. ishida confesses his feelings through sign language to nishimiya . after that nishimiya helps ishida to face all school friends and make him feel confident, ishida was happy and crying because he found true friend in his life.
